Key requirements:

- 15+ years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA
- Strong experience in SAP implementation, configuration, and support
- Strong expertise in SAP system architecture, application and database layers
- Experience with SAP data extraction, integration, data modeling, and data warehousing
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules such as FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, etc.
- Experience with SAP ECC, migration, and legacy systems
- Hands-on knowledge of SQL, SAP HANA, RFC, BAPI, OData, CDS Views
- Exposure to SAP Data Services/BODS, Cloud Integration, SLT, SDI, and ETL/ELT tools
- Understanding of APIs, web services, cloud architectures, and cloud data platforms such as AWS/Azure/GCP
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are mandatory, as this is a client-facing role.

SAP S/4HANA Senior Consultant –

Required Qualifications & Essential Requirements

- 15+ years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, including implementation, configuration, and support.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and client-facing consulting roles.
- Expertise in SAP system architecture with a clear understanding of Application and Database layers.




- Experience with data extraction from SAP systems using standard and custom methods.
- Knowledge of data integration concepts and tools for moving data to data lakes/warehouses.
- Knowledge of data modeling and data warehouse concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

Technical Skills

- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules (FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, or others).
- SAP ECC experience – migration and legacy system knowledge highly valued.
- SQL and database management; SAP Data Management and Databases (database structures, tables, Data Dictionaries, etc.).
- Data Modeling principles (views in SAP HANA).
- Data extraction techniques (RFC, BAPI, OData, CDS Views).
- Familiarity with open-source and third-party ETL/ELT tools.
- SAP Integration Technologies – Data Services, BODS, Cloud Integration, SLT Replication Server, SDI, etc.
- Understanding of APIs, web services, and up-to-date integration patterns.
- Understanding of cloud architectures and experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Basic knowledge of ABAP programming (preferred).
