Role: SAP Project Coordinator

Exp. Level: 5 to 8 years

Location: Bangalore

Work Model: 3 days WFO Hybrid The SAP Project coordinator will support the Program Manager in the smooth delivery of SAP TCA APAC implementation and transformation by handling project schedules, documentation and certain stakeholder communications. SAP Project Coordinator acts as the administrative and organizational backbone for the project management office (PMO) and the broader project team

Key Responsibilities

- Project Tracking & Scheduling: Maintain integrated project plans, schedules, and workstream trackers for Design, Build, Testing, Training and Go-live phases.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare regular status reports, meeting minutes, risk registers, issue logs, and project deliverables.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Schedule workshops, alignment meetings and status calls while managing participant availability and follow-up action items.
- Resource Support: Assist with team onboarding, roster management, tracking resource allocation,



and maintaining on-site/remote plans.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure project processes adhere to standard internal methodologies, change management guidelines and standards.

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience in IT project coordination, PMO support - preferable on SAP deployments / implementations.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of SAP solutions (ECC, S/4HANA) and implementation methodologies.
- Tools Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and collaboration platforms (Teams, JIRA).
- Soft Skills: Solid verbal and written communication, exceptional organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Stakeholder Management : Good interpersonal skills and experience being part of Global teams - APAC region exposure preferred.
