Act as the primary point of liaison with other projects in representing the SAP
HCM solution and working with their leads to coordinate and align on solution architecture/design for the interactions needed between other projects and SAP
HCM
Technical leader for the technical stream
Identify and play a leadership role in identifying and managing solution risks and issues
Support achievement of agreed upon outputs and milestones
Coordinate with the Deloitte functional leads and identify/support functional analysis needed to support solution design
Support planning and estimation
Act as a member of the core leadership team for all SAP HCM initiative
