Key Responsibilities

- Lead implementation, support, and maintenance of SAP HCM Payroll for UAE statutory requirements (Gratuity, GOSI/Pension, SI7 calculations).
- Manage and optimize SuccessFactors Employee Central, ensuring data consistency and smooth replication between EC and SAP Payroll (ECP).
- Configure schemas, PCRs, and wage types to meet complex business requirements.
- Act as the payroll SME for processing, troubleshooting, and legal compliance across the Middle East region.
- Bridge technical teams and HR business owners with clear communication.

Mandatory Skills

- 7+ years of core SAP HCM Payroll experience
- UAE payroll localization and labour law knowledge
- Payroll configuration: schemas, PCRs, and wage types
- Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central
- EC to ECP data replication and integration
- Ability to work in IST business hours

Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
