I

- Provide technical support to users on SAP FI/CO modules, including incident management and troubleshooting.
- Manage incidents reported by users, ensuring timely resolution and communication with stakeholders.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues related to financial accounting and controlling.
- Develop and maintain documentation for SAP FI/CO processes, procedures, and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in project implementation projects as part of the implementation team.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-9 years of experience in IT support or consulting industry.
- B.Tech degree in Computers or equivalent qualification.
- Strong understanding of SAP FI/CO certifications (FI/CO) with hands-on experience working on SAP FI/CO modules.
- Excellent English communication skills for effective user interaction.
