Job Title: Master Data & OMS Executive About the Role (Overview) We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Master Data & OMS Executive to manage SKU, product, EAN, and master data across our OMS, SAP, and marketplace platforms. The role will be responsible for accurate product creation, mapping, maintenance, and coordination to ensure data consistency across all systems How You Will Add Value (Core responsibilities) Manage and maintain SKU and product master data in SAP and OMS. Create and maintain new products/SKUs across OMS and SAP. Handle EAN creation, mapping, validation, and maintenance. Manage end-to-end SKU, EAN, and product mapping between marketplaces, OMS, and SAP. Ensure accurate mapping of product information, including SKU, EAN, MRP, product details, and other master-data attributes. Validate SKU and EAN mappings with internal teams and resolve discrepancies. Identify and troubleshoot SKU, EAN, product, and master-data mapping issues. Maintain accurate records and ensure data consistency across marketplaces, OMS, and SAP. Coordinate with internal teams for new SKU launches, product updates, MRP changes, and mapping modifications. Support regular checks and corrections of product/master-data issues.



Coordinate with marketplace and internal teams to ensure timely completion of product mapping and updates. Ensure all required product information is correctly created, updated, and maintained across systems. Prepare and maintain relevant master-data reports and mapping trackers.

What You

Bring to The Team (Experience & Education) 1–4 years of experience in OMS, SAP, E-commerce Operations, Master Data Management, or Marketplace Operations. Hands-on experience with SKU/product mapping and EAN management. Positive understanding of SAP and OMS processes. Experience working with marketplaces and e-commerce product/catalogue data. Strong knowledge of Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filters, pivot tables, and data validation. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple internal teams.

Preferred

Skills Experience with SAP MM / SD or relevant SAP modules. Experience working with e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, etc. Understanding of product master data, EAN/GTIN, SKU structures, MRP, and catalogue management. Experience in apparel, retail, or consumer-product businesses will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
