Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP CRM Technical Consultant with 12+ years of expertise in SAP CRM technical development, enhancements, integrations, and production support. The ideal candidate should have solid ABAP skills and hands-on experience in delivering end-to-end SAP CRM technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and enhance SAP CRM applications using ABAP.
- Work on CRM Web UI, BSP, BOL/GENIL, and enhancement framework.
- Develop RICEFW objects and support integrations using IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, Web Services, and APIs.
- Collaborate with functional teams to deliver technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance,



and prepare technical documentation.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of SAP CRM Technical experience.
- Strong expertise in SAP ABAP, CRM Web UI, BSP, and BOL/GENIL.
- Experience with RICEFW development and SAP CRM integrations.
- Knowledge of IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, Web Services, and APIs.
- Good debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration or migration.
- Agile project experience and SAP CRM Technical certification are a plus.
