As an SAP professional you should have the ability to analyze technical/functional needs and work with the customers to create/ define the project scope and the execution plans.

Roles and responsibilities

- Minimum of 4 years of functional experience in Human Resource function

- Or 4 years of design and implementation experience of IT solutions, preferably SAP, in the area of Human Resources

- Minimum of 3 years hands-on SAP implementation/support

- Minimum 1 full life cycle implementation for projects in SAP BW covering Requirements Analysis, BI Content Analysis, Design, Configuration, Development, Testing and Training





- In-depth expertise of Data Modelling for HR module, Data Warehousing, Extract-Transfer-Load (ETL) mechanisms, Reporting and Analysis tools, Authorizations and Business Content in SAP BW

- Experience in development of custom data sources for extraction from SAP and non-SAP systems

- Experience in working with source data from SAP HR and SuccessFactors

Requirements SAP Professionals Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred

- 8 to 10 years of experience in SAP

- Ability to work in a multi-functional team workplace and influence others that impact success

- Experience creating and delivering presentations on project related work to team members, management, and customers

- Flexibility to adjust regular business hours to the needs of global customers

- Strong technical and customer facing experience
