About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Integration Lead / Architect with 15+ years of IT experience to drive the integration strategy and technical architecture assessment for a large-scale ERP migration program.

In this pivotal subcontract/contract role, you will evaluate the current enterprise integration landscape, define the target integration architecture, conduct custom development assessments against SAP Clean Core principles, and lay the technical groundwork for Phase 2 implementation and sizing.

Key Responsibilities

- Integration Assessment & Strategy: Catalogue and evaluate legacy inbound/outbound interfaces across API, EDI, and file-based integration models.
- Functional Scope Assessment: Assess integration points across key business domains including CRM, Procurement Network, Demand Planning, Invoice Management, Financial Consolidation, Shipping, Banking, and Enterprise Data Lakes.
- Target Architecture Definition: Establish the target state architecture using SAP Integration Suite / SAP BTP or complementary middleware (e.g., Boomi).
- Clean Core & RICEF Evaluation: Analyze existing RICEF objects, custom developments, and extensions against SAP Clean Core guidelines.
- UX & Platform Scope: Assess Fiori application scope, SAP Fiori Launchpad setups,



and role-based access requirements.
- Innovation & AI: Identify and evaluate actionable SAP Joule use cases aligned with client licensing.
- Governance & Delivery Preparation: Classify interface complexity, define security/authorization/connectivity standards, and deliver technical estimation and sizing for Phase 2.

Required Experience & Skills

- 15+ Years Overall Experience: Proven track record in enterprise integration architecture and SAP landscape assessment.
- SAP Integration Expertise: Deep, hands-on expertise with SAP BTP / SAP Integration Suite and legacy SAP PI/PO.
- Middleware Competency: Solid working experience with Dell Boomi.
- Migration Expertise: Extensive experience supporting SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration initiatives.
- Interface Protocols: In-depth technical mastery of REST/SOAP APIs, EDI protocols, and flat-file integration patterns.
- SAP Modernization Principles: Demonstrated alignment with SAP Clean Core architectural standards and Fiori framework.
- Architectural Deliverables: Ability to independently produce end-to-end current-state assessments, interface inventories, target architecture blueprints, and effort estimations.
