SAP BASIS Team Lead / Manager

Enqora Solutions is hiring for a full time SAP BASIS leadership position in Hyderabad.

Location: Ameerpet, Hyderabad

Work mode: Onsite, 5 days per week

Experience: 10–12 years

Salary: ₹18–21 LPA

Role overview

Lead SAP BASIS operations and support personnel to keep SAP systems secure, reliable, and available. This role combines hands-on Basis administration with technical guidance, escalation management, and operational improvement.

Key responsibilities

- Lead and guide the SAP BASIS support team across daily operations and escalations.
- Monitor SAP HANA databases and ECC, BW, and BO systems.
- Plan and execute kernel upgrades, support pack installations, SAP Notes, add-ons, and database upgrades.
- Oversee client copies, transports, STMS configuration, SAP installations, and database refreshes.
- Ensure daily backup and HANA replication monitoring, and support SAP security activities.
- Manage high availability and disaster recovery, including standby server monitoring.
- Support database restoration and recovery, SAProuter and OSS configuration, system logs, and alert thresholds.
- Coordinate SDCC monitoring,



EarlyWatch Alert closures, and SAP application patching.
- Develop and improve team procedures, benchmarks, and operational controls.
- Support SaaS, cloud, and S/4HANA implementation models and applicable GRC controls.

Required qualifications

- 10–12 years of hands-on SAP BASIS experience.
- Technical leadership experience guiding Basis support teams and managing escalations.
- Strong experience monitoring HANA databases and ECC, BW, and BO systems.
- Hands-on experience with kernel upgrades, support packs, SAP Notes, add-ons, client copies, and STMS.
- Experience with installations, database refreshes, upgrades, restoration, and recovery.
- Knowledge of daily backup monitoring, HANA replication, SAP security, and Solution Manager.
- Basic knowledge of AIX and Linux.
- Ability to maintain operational standards and guide a team through support and upgrade activities.
