Role Description The SAP Analyst - Intern role at Galco Soft is a contract position based on-site in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The intern will support SAP FICO and related business processes by assisting in requirements gathering, configuration documentation, and basic testing activities under the guidance of senior consultants. Daily tasks include analyzing financial and business data flows, preparing reports, helping with integration checks between SAP modules,



and documenting process improvements.

The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in user support activities such as troubleshooting issues, and contribute to training materials and knowledge bases. This role offers exposure to real-world client projects while building practical SAP and business analysis skills.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong analytical skills for problem-solving, data interpretation, and process analysis.
- Candidates should possess understanding of business processes, especially in finance and operations, with an interest in process mapping and optimization.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills for working with stakeholders, documenting requirements, and presenting findings.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of SAP FICO and basic SAP integration concepts between modules.
- Relevant academic background in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with MS Excel or other analytical tools; basic understanding of SQL or reporting tools is an advantage.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn, attention to detail, and interest in IT consulting and enterprise systems.
