As an SAP professional you should have the ability to analyze technical/functional needs and work with the customers to create/ define the project scope and the execution plans.

Exposure to other SAP applications developments (UI5 /Fiori, CDS Views, ODATA, AIF, ADT& IDOC) is a plus

Roles and responsibilities:

- Understand the long-term needs and goals of the client from a technical and business operation standpoint
- Work with project leads to assist in reviewing and guiding a multi-year roadmap for the client that covers not only the technical solutions but also change management and process/procedure improvement areas
- Work with project lead to understand requirements and assist in defining the overall high-level solution for a given project
- Define the integration plan of the solution within the ERP landscape and ensure that it is in alignment with the long-term roadmap
- 12-15 years of ERP end-to-end development lifecycle experience across three or more functional areas
- Assist technical teams in addressing questions and concerns along with reviewing deliverables to ensure they are in alignment with overall roadmap
- Provide not only technical solutions, but also provide recommendations on improving processes and procedures for technical, functional,



and even business procedures to help keep all projects in alignment of the roadmap
- Balance business needs & functionality to determine the right solutions for the client keeping in mind their short term and long-term needs
- Ensure solutions are scalable & reusable in accordance with roadmap
- Ensure solutions have monitoring & management of the solution as part of long-term maintenance/sustainment to ensure alignment with the roadmap
- Act as integrator between technical, functional, basis, and security teams to ensure all understand the overall solution and goals of a given project
- Up to speed with the current technology & trends within SAP
- Translates business requirements and needs into solution architecture requirements
- Work closely with Client Business team, Functional, Basis, Security, and Project Management resources to develop and realize overall solution and architecture design
- Analyze existing system landscapes to identify opportunities for improvement including the recommendation of modern / cloud-based / strategic technologies
- Self-driven resource who can work independently
- Provide/present new finds/solutions

Requirements SAP Professionals Requirement:

- Overall,



10+ years of experience in ABAP programming on SAP NetWeaver 7.4+ in SAP ERP and an exposure to ABAP development in the S/4HANA setting
- Experience in RICEFW components including (but not limited to) Data Dictionary Objects, BAPIs, BADIs, etc.
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules like SD, FICO, HR, APO, CRM and MM as it relates to ABAP programming
- Experience in design, configuration and development of Outbound and Inbound Interfaces for posting/triggering IDOCS using ALE and leveraging AIF
- Experience with Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, Reporting/ALV, interface development, user exits and workflows
- Experience with SAPUI5 running on NetWeaver 7.4+ and/or experience with SAPUI5 development on SAP Cloud Platform is a plus
- Proficiency with Data Service, ODATA, Fiori development, ABAP extensions and CDS views
- SAP Custom code analysis of RICEFW including generating the RICEFW objects
- Familiar with Object repository tables
- Experience with code remediation's as they pertain to ECC to S/4HANA upgrades/migrations
- S/4HANA migration/Greenfield experience is plus
- Robust skills to develop and review technical documentation (e.g. Architecture, technical specification, unit test cases and integration test cases) • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact directly with business or functional consultants to drive and finalize the requirements
- Ability to estimate and plan development effort based on collaboration with functional counterparts. This includes ECC, S/4HANA and upgrades/migration
- Experience in SAP SCP and cloud-based ABAP development is a must
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, or Java is a plus.
