1-2 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development Robust knowledge of Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, Forms, and Conversions (RICEF) Experience in ABAP Data Dictionary, ALV Reports, SmartForms/SAP Scripts Knowledge of BDC, BAPI, IDoc, RFC, User Exits, and BADIs Basic understanding of SAP modules such as SD, MM, FI, or HCM Experience in debugging, performance tuning, and code optimization Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
