We are hiring candidates for the Samsung Process – Customer Support / Process Executive role.
? Eligibility
? Education: Graduation is mandatory
?️ Communication: Excellent communication skills with zero grammatical errors and no MTI
? Versant Score: Must score 5 or 6 only
? Salary & Incentives
?? Freshers: ₹22,000 in-hand
?? Experienced: ₹25,000 in-hand
? Incentives: Up to ₹30,000
? Work Details
? Working Days: 5 days working + 2 rotational offs
⏰ Shift Duration: 10.5 hours
? Shift Rotation:
• Male Candidates: Rotational shifts, including night shifts
• Female Candidates: Rotational day shifts only
? Training
? Training Period: 10–15 days
