We are looking for a reliable and adaptable team member to help run our traditional counter-service pharmacy.

Depending on the daily rush, you will shift between two primary roles on an as-needed basis: managing the cash counter and acting as a salesperson.

Role 1: Cash Counter Management Manage the open cash drawer and carefully process payments (Cash, Cards, UPI). Collect the customer's printed bill and match it exactly with our store copy. Hand over the correct, prepared medicine bundle to the customer once payment is complete.

Role 2: Salesperson & Stock Support Attend to customers directly at the counter and operate the billing software to generate invoices. Fetch over-the-counter (OTC) products and daily essentials from our internal racks. Help unpack daily deliveries and restock shelves during quiet periods.

Key Requirements





Basic Math Skills: Good with basic math for handling cash transactions and returning accurate change.

Trust & Accuracy: Honest and careful with open cash handling and matching bill copies.

Physical Agility: Must be fit enough to stay active on your feet and safely climb step stools to retrieve or restock medicines on high shelves.

Languages: Comfortable speaking Konkani, Hindi, and English.

Team Player: Happy to seamlessly switch between acting as sales staff and handling the cash desk as the store gets busy

Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
