Qualifications

- Robust customer service and relationship building skills for long term customers
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, including clear presentation of product features and pricing.
- Sales and negotiation skills, with experience in meeting targets and converting leads into confirmed sales.
- Basic knowledge of automobiles or willingness to quickly learn vehicle features, specifications, and market positioning.
- Comfort with using computers and digital tools for lead tracking, documentation, and reporting.
- Ability to work on-site in Kolkata, including weekends and peak hours, with a consistent and reliable work ethic.
- Previous experience in retail, automotive sales, or another customer-facing role is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Valid documentations required.
