Experienced Salon Manager – Neofair Salons

Neofair Salons is looking for an experienced and energetic Salon Manager to manage daily operations, lead the team, and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily salon operations and staff
- Lead, motivate, and manage the salon team
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Monitor sales, bookings, targets, and salon performance
- Manage staff schedules and attendance
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
- Maintain salon hygiene, quality, and service standards
- Support marketing activities and business growth

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Salon Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership and team-management skills
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Good knowledge of salon operations and services
- Ability to manage sales targets and daily operations
- Solid organizational and problem-solving skills
- Tamil and English required; Hindi preferred
