Role Description The Salon Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Nellore.

The Salon

Manager will oversee daily salon operations, including staff scheduling, service coordination, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. This role involves supervising salon professionals, guiding them on service quality, and supporting training and performance management.

Manager will handle customer interactions, address service feedback, promote salon offerings, and support sales targets. Additional responsibilities include managing inventory, coordinating with vendors,



ensuring adherence to company policies, and reporting operational performance to leadership.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in cosmetology and hair care, with the ability to guide and support salon staff on services and treatments.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with clients professionally and resolve concerns effectively.
- Experience in hiring and supervising salon or service staff, including onboarding and performance oversight.
- Proven ability to manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
- Prior experience in a salon, spa, or beauty services environment, ideally in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work on-site in Nellore and support flexible hours as needed.
- Basic understanding of sales and service promotion, with the ability to support revenue growth and client retention.
- Diploma or certification in cosmetology, beauty therapy, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
