Experience: 3–5 years in salon, beauty, hospitality, retail, or similar customer-facing operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily salon operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead, supervise and manage salon staff, shifts and attendance.
- Drive monthly sales, service targets and customer retention.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle complaints professionally.
- Monitor billing, cash/UPI payments and daily sales reports.
- Manage inventory, product usage and stock requirements.
- Maintain salon hygiene, grooming and service quality standards.
- Conduct staff briefings, training and performance monitoring.
- Support marketing, promotions and customer follow-ups.
- Ensure all salon SOPs, rules and policies are strictly followed.
Pay: ₹14,123.18 - ₹21,282.30 per month
