Job Title: Salesforce Tester

? Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Tester to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of Salesforce applications. The role involves end-to-end testing, defect management, and close collaboration with development and business teams.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing on Salesforce applications
- Test Salesforce Flows, Objects, Workflows, and Integrations
- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
- Identify, track, and manage defects using bug tracking tools
- Validate data accuracy and system performance
- Collaborate with developers, admins, and stakeholders for issue resolution
- Ensure adherence to QA standards and testing best practices
- Support release cycles and production deployments





✅ Requirements:

- 1.5–3 years of experience in Salesforce Testing / QA
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform (Flows, Objects, Reports, Security Model)
- Experience in manual testing and test documentation
- Understanding of API testing / integrations
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills (client-facing preferred)

⭐ Good to Have:

- Experience in test automation tools (Selenium, Provar, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of Apex / SOQL
- Salesforce certifications (Admin / Platform App Builder / QA-related)
