Salesforce Administrator (L2/L3 Production Support)

We are hiring a Salesforce Administrator with strong L2/L3 Production Support experience to support and enhance Salesforce CRM applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for incident management, user support, platform administration, release management, and continuous improvements across Salesforce environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 support for Salesforce incidents, issues, and service requests.
- Troubleshoot workflows, flows, reports, dashboards, integrations, and security-related issues.
- Manage user access, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security settings.
- Perform data uploads, corrections, and data quality activities using Data Loader.
- Monitor integrations, batch jobs, and scheduled processes.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents.




- Support deployments, release management, and workplace maintenance.
- Configure and optimize Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes.
- Collaborate with development teams for defect resolution and enhancements.
- Participate in major incident, problem, and change management activities.

Mandatory Requirements

- 4+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.
- Strong L2/L3 production support experience.
- Experience handling high-priority incidents in SLA-driven environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and on-call support.
