We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Specialist with 7+ years of robust hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM, workflow automation, Salesforce Flow, reporting, dashboards, and CRM data management.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Salesforce business processes and be comfortable working with Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, and other CRM records. The candidate should also be able to clearly explain Salesforce workflows, configurations, and practical business use cases.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and complete realistic workflows within Salesforce.
- Work extensively with Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, and other CRM records.
- Create, manage, and validate Salesforce Reports and Dashboards.
- Configure and use Salesforce Flow and automation for common business processes.
- Manage, organize, and maintain CRM data with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Explore Salesforce features and identify practical, real-world business use cases.
- Clearly document the steps required to complete Salesforce workflows and configurations.
- Review existing workflows and provide feedback based on hands-on Salesforce experience.
- Troubleshoot common workflow, automation,



and CRM data-related issues.
- Support Salesforce processes related to sales, CRM, and business operations.

- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable collaborating with teams working in EST hours.
