We are looking for a Salesforce QA / Test Engineer to validate Salesforce Service Cloud, Agentforce, AI-driven features, workflows, integrations, and customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end testing.
- Test Salesforce Service Cloud, Cases, Flows, Omni-Channel, and LWC.
- Validate Agentforce actions, AI responses, prompt outputs, grounding, and hallucination checks.
- Perform REST/SOAP API testing using Postman.
- Create test cases, test plans, test data, and UAT checklists.
- Automate regression testing using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Provar, or similar tools.
- Track and manage defects using Jira/Azure DevOps.
- Validate Salesforce security, data visibility, FLS, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules.
