Job Summary

We are looking for a Salesforce Nonprofit Developer with 3.5–5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience and exposure to nonprofit solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Salesforce Flows, integrations, and Salesforce configuration, along with practical knowledge of Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud and/or Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP).

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, Flows, and Triggers.
- Configure and customize Salesforce based on nonprofit business requirements.
- Work with nonprofit-focused functionality such as constituent management, fundraising, donations, grants, programs, and volunteer management.
- Develop integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration mechanisms.
- Perform data migration, data transformation, validation,



and cleansing.
- Develop scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions following Salesforce best practices.
- Participate in requirements gathering, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide technical solutions.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, Administrators, and other development teams.
- Follow Salesforce security, governor-limit, performance, and deployment best practices.

Required Skills

- 3.5–5 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- SOQL/SOSL
- Triggers
- Salesforce Flows
- Salesforce APIs
- Data migration
- Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations.
- Understanding of Salesforce security model and sharing.
- Good understanding of Salesforce development lifecycle and deployment processes.
- Experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud and/or NPSP is required/preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
