About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Salesforce Education Cloud & Business Architect with 8+ years of experience in Salesforce implementations, solution architecture, and business process transformation.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce Education Cloud, with the ability to translate complex educational business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to define business processes, solution architecture, data models, and implementation strategies across the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the business and functional architecture for Salesforce Education Cloud implementations.

- Identify gaps between out-of-the-box Salesforce functionality and business requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Support data migration, integrations, security, reporting, and analytics requirements from a business architecture perspective.
- Evaluate existing Salesforce implementations and recommend:
- Improvements

- Modernization Opportunities
- Provide architectural guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle, from discovery and design through deployment and adoption.
- Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices, scalability principles, and governance standards.

- Mentor functional consultants and junior architects.

Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of overall Salesforce experience, with significant experience in:
- Business Analysis
- Functional Consulting
- Solution Design
- Architecture
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Education Cloud.
- Experience working with Education Data Architecture (EDA) and education-sector business processes.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and the Salesforce ecosystem.
