Salesforce Developer – Service Cloud & Agentforce

Job Summary

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud, Agentforce, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, security, and Salesforce DevOps.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable developing scalable Salesforce solutions, integrating Salesforce with external systems, and working in healthcare/life sciences or other regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Lightning App Builder, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Build Apex classes, triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and asynchronous processes.
- Design and optimize Salesforce solutions while managing governor limits and bulkification.
- Configure Service Cloud, Omni-Channel, Service Console, Open CTI, CTI adapters, and softphone layouts.
- Develop custom Service Console components and optimize screen-pop performance and component load times.
- Implement Agentforce / Einstein Copilot / Agent Builder capabilities, including custom actions, topics, instructions, prompt templates, and Flow-invoked actions.
- Design Salesforce objects, relationships, record types, validation rules, field-level security, and Custom Metadata Types.
- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP, Named Credentials, External Services, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and Apex REST.
- Support integrations with external orchestration/API services.
- Work with Salesforce Marketing Cloud components including Data Extensions, Journey Builder, Marketing Cloud Connect, and SFMC APIs.
- Implement Salesforce security using Sharing Rules, Permission Sets, encrypted fields, Shield Platform Encryption, and Field Audit Trail.
- Develop test classes and maintain 75%+ code coverage.
- Work with Git, SFDX, DevOps Center/Copado, and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.
- Collaborate with business, technical,



and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Required Skills

- 5–6 years of hands-on Salesforce Development experience.
- Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, LWC, and Lightning App Builder.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Omni-Channel.
- Experience with Open CTI / Salesforce CTI Adapter and Softphone.
- Hands-on experience with Agentforce / Einstein Copilot / Agent Builder.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling and security.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, Named Credentials, External Services, Platform Events, and CDC.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud integrations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security and audit capabilities.
- Experience with Git, SFDX/DevOps Center/Copado, and CI/CD.
- Strong testing and debugging skills with 75%+ code coverage.
- Experience optimizing Salesforce console/component performance.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud (LSC).
- Knowledge of patient, consent, and care program data models.
- Experience with TCPA/HIPAA consent management.
- Salesforce Fax or document-generation integrations.
- Experience developing human-in-the-loop approval workflows.
- Experience working with healthcare or regulated industry applications.

Compliance & Domain Experience

- Understanding of PHI handling and HIPAA minimum-necessary principles.
- Knowledge of Salesforce audit trail and data security requirements.
- Experience working in a validated / CSV-governed SDLC.
- Familiarity with documented requirements, traceability, and IQ/OQ/PQ or equivalent validation processes.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will have a strong combination of Salesforce development, Service Cloud, Agentforce, integrations, security, and DevOps experience, with the ability to work on enterprise-scale solutions in a regulated setting.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
