- Salesforce Experience Cloud: End-to-end partner portal implementation, LWR/Aura, self-registration, onboarding, sharing, guest-user security, and partner user licensing
- Consumer Lending / Financial Services: Salesforce implementation experience in lending, including origination lifecycle and borrower/dealer/installer journeys
- Loan Origination Package: Hands-on experience with a Salesforce-native loan/lease origination managed package; Q2 Cloud Lending / Symphonix preferred
- Salesforce Development: Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL, Asynchronous Apex, Platform Events, Named Credentials
- Salesforce APIs: Change Data Capture (CDC), Bulk API, Streaming API
- Integration: REST, GraphQL, SOAP, API design, authentication, versioning, error handling, retries,



idempotency, and monitoring
- Integration Platforms: Workato, MuleSoft, or Boomi
- AWS: Lambda, API Gateway, SQS exposure
- NetSuite: Hands-on experience with SuiteTalk REST/SOAP or RESTlets
- Quote-to-Cash / Order-to-Cash: Account, product/pricing synchronization, Opportunity → Sales Order, invoice and payment status back-sync
- Snowflake: Hands-on experience with Salesforce CDC or batch extraction into Snowflake and data reconciliation
- DevOps & Delivery: SFDX, Git, GitHub Actions CI/CD, PMD, Jira, and Confluence
- Client Communication: Transparent English communication and direct stakeholder interaction
- Time Zone: Minimum 4 hours daily overlap with US Pacific Time; camera-on
- Certification: Salesforce Platform Developer I — Required
- Experience: 5–8 years of Salesforce experience with at least one lending or portal-heavy implementation
