Role: Sr Salesforce Developer

Experience: 7+ years

Location: Remote

Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Contract Duration: Initially 3 months

Must-Have Skills:

7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL/SOSL, APIs/Integrations, Security/Sharing) with senior/lead-level ownership. Hands-on Service Cloud implementation experience.

Experience building/implementing Agentforce or Salesforce-based agentic AI capabilities, including agents, topics, instructions, actions, grounding, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop.

Experience with Data Cloud solutions, including data ingestion, profile unification, governance, segmentation, activation, and grounding.

Nice-to-Have:

Sales Cloud experience; MCP servers/clients, external LLM integration, RAG,



prompt engineering, LLM evaluation, AI observability; MuleSoft, Platform Events, Change Data Capture; SFDX, Git-based CI/CD, release automation; greenfield/multi-org implementations; certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant, Data Cloud Consultant, AI Specialist, and Application/System Architect.

Additional Notes:

The role requires an “agentic mindset” to balance declarative configuration, Apex custom code, Data Cloud, and AI agents/LLMs while leading code reviews, CI/CD, and mentoring distributed engineering teams.
