Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesforce Developer role based in Hyderabad.

The Salesforce

Developer will design, develop, and maintain custom solutions on the Salesforce platform to support training delivery and internal business processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and optimizing Visualforce pages and Lightning Web Components, configuring and customizing Salesforce applications, and integrating Salesforce with other systems as needed. The role also involves collaborating with trainers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, performing system testing and debugging, and ensuring data integrity and security within Salesforce.

The developer will document configurations and code, provide ongoing support,



and contribute to improvements in the organization’s Salesforce-based training ecosystem.

Qualifications

- Strong Salesforce.com development skills, including experience with Apex, triggers, and customization on the Salesforce.com platform.
- Hands-on experience creating and optimizing Visualforce Pages and building responsive, reusable Lightning Web Components.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com Administration, including user management, security settings, workflows, validation rules, and process automation.
- Understanding of Salesforce.com configuration best practices, release management, and integration techniques (REST/SOAP APIs).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks is an advantage.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Administrator) are highly beneficial.
- Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, communicate technical concepts clearly, and adapt in a quick-paced, learning-focused environment.
