- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Data 360.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing custom software solutions using modern development frameworks.
- Ability to work within agile environments, applying best practices for continuous integration and delivery.
- Skilled in troubleshooting complex software issues and optimizing system performance.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver business-focused solutions.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Data 360.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
