Location: Hyderabad / Chennai / Pune / Mumbai / Noida / Bangalore (2-days Hybrid)

Shift Timings: Comfortable to work from 3pm to 1am IST

Role Overview

We are seeking a Salesforce CPQ Lead with solid expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Conga, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable CPQ solutions, work closely with business stakeholders, and drive end-to-end quote-to-cash transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce CPQ solutions for complex sales processes.
- Configure and customize CPQ including Product Rules, Price Rules, Approval Processes, Quote Templates, Discount Schedules, and Advanced Approvals.
- Develop and maintain custom solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce,



SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Implement and support Conga Composer, Conga Contracts, and Conga CLM solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design scalable integrations with ERP, Billing, and third-party applications.
- Perform code reviews, mentor team members, and enforce Salesforce development best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring platform stability and performance.
- Drive release management, deployments, and environment strategy.
