About the Role

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and communication-focused Sales & Telecalling Executive to join our sales team.

The role will primarily involve daily calling with potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our software and services, following up with leads, and converting interested prospects into customers.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, and wants to grow in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Make daily outbound calls to potential customers and leads.
- Explain our software products and services clearly and professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and identify suitable solutions.
- Follow up with interested leads through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects throughout the sales process.
- Schedule product demos or meetings for qualified prospects.
- Handle basic customer questions and coordinate with the internal team when required.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM/system.
- Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Build good relationships with prospects and existing customers.
- Follow up consistently until the lead is converted or closed.

What We’re Looking For =========

- Good verbal communication skills.




- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle rejection professionally and continue working toward targets.
- Previous experience in telecalling, inside sales, telesales, or software sales is a plus.
- Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply.
