Abhinav Group is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader – Closing Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue through effective customer conversions and closures.

Key Responsibilities-

- Lead, mentor, and manage the closing sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Drive customer conversions from enquiries and site visits to final booking.
- Handle negotiations and close high-value residential transactions.
- Monitor individual and team performance and ensure achievement of targets.
- Develop strategies to improve conversion and closure ratios.
- Conduct regular sales reviews and provide performance-driven guidance to the team.
- Maintain sales pipeline, forecasting, and closure reports.
- Work closely with Pre-Sales, CRM, Marketing, and Site teams for seamless customer conversion.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure a premium customer experience.

Candidate Profile-





- 7+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales, preferably residential projects.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closures.
- Solid leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Strong understanding of the residential real estate market.
- Highly target-driven, proactive, and result-oriented.
