Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Support Executive who will support the sales team in client coordination, outstanding payment follow-ups, cold calling, report generation, and day-to-day sales activities. The candidate should have a professional personality, good communication skills, and strong follow-up abilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with existing clients and distributors for outstanding payment clearance.
- Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and identify potential customers.
- Coordinate with clients regarding orders, payments, dispatches, and other sales-related requirements.
- Support the sales team in daily sales and client coordination activities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and ensure timely responses.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain client databases, payment follow-up records, and sales trackers.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts, and Dispatch teams for smooth order and payment processing.
- Monitor pending payments and provide regular updates to the concerned team.




- Prepare and maintain proper sales documentation and records.
- Handle client queries professionally and escalate issues whenever required.
- Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and collection targets.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Good and professional personality with confidence while communicating with clients.
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Good reporting and documentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of sales and payment processes.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.

Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales support, sales coordination, customer handling, telecalling, or a similar role will be preferred.

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be confident, presentable, well-spoken, organized, and target-oriented, with the ability to communicate professionally with clients and coordinate effectively with internal teams. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
