? We’re Hiring | Sales Support & Operations Executive

Alpha Global Projects Pvt. Ltd. is expanding, and we are looking for a Sales Support & Operations Executive to join our team in Navi Mumbai.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in freight forwarding, project logistics, shipping or transportation who enjoys working across both commercial coordination and operational execution.

? What You’ll Do

Sales Support

- Assist the sales team with enquiries, RFQs, quotations and commercial proposals
- Coordinate with customers for requirements, cargo details and documentation
- Obtain and compare freight, transportation, port and other vendor rates
- Prepare costing sheets and quotation follow-ups
- Maintain enquiry and quotation trackers
- Follow up with customers on quotations and pending requirements

Operations

- Coordinate shipments from booking through final delivery
- Liaise with shipping lines, transporters, CHA, ports, surveyors, agents and other service providers
- Monitor vessel schedules, cargo readiness, documentation and operational milestones
- Coordinate ODC, project cargo, breakbulk and container shipments
- Ensure timely execution and proactively highlight operational issues
- Maintain shipment records and provide regular status updates to customers

Coordination & Reporting

- Act as a bridge between Sales, Operations, Customers and Vendors
- Maintain accurate shipment and commercial records
- Prepare daily/weekly operational and sales reports
- Follow up on pending documents, approvals, payments and operational requirements




- Support the team in ensuring every shipment moves smoothly from Enquiry → Quotation → Booking → Execution → Delivery

? Who We’re Looking For

- 2–5 years of experience in freight forwarding, shipping, logistics or project cargo
- Good understanding of ocean freight and logistics operations
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Good command of MS Excel and MS Office
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ownership of assigned tasks
- Someone who is proactive, organised and comfortable taking responsibility

Experience in Project Cargo, ODC, Breakbulk, Heavy Lift or Special Equipment logistics will be a strong advantage. ? Position Details
