Experience: Fresher / Internship The Role The Sales Specialist Intern will support the business development and sales team in identifying prospective clients and creating opportunities for the organisation's cybersecurity and technology services.

The role will provide practical exposure to B2B technology sales, prospect research, lead generation, outreach, and CRM management. The intern will work closely with experienced sales professionals and cybersecurity practice teams to understand service offerings and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Research prospective organisations and relevant decision-makers across target industries.
- Support lead generation through LinkedIn, online research, databases, and other approved channels.
- Assist with outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, and other business communication channels.
- Maintain and update prospect, lead, and prospect information in the CRM.
- Support preparation of sales presentations, capability decks, and client-specific material.
- Assist the sales team with follow-ups and coordination of prospect meetings.
- Research target industries, accounts, competitors, and market opportunities.




- Develop a working understanding of cybersecurity services to communicate basic offerings to prospective clients.

Skills & Experience

- Graduate/final-year student in Business, Marketing, Management, Technology, or a related discipline.
- Interest in B2B sales, business development, and technology services.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable conducting online company and prospect research.
- Basic understanding of lead generation and the B2B sales process.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Self-motivated with good follow-up and organisational skills.

Preferred Qualifications Previous internship or academic exposure to sales, business development, SaaS, or IT services will be an advantage. Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts is preferred but not mandatory.
