Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 per month + Attractive Sales Commission

MAKNA Machinery is looking for energetic and results-driven Sales Staff to support the sales and business expansion of our Non-Blasting Solutions for Rock Excavation in Karnataka.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate recent sales leads and identify potential customers.
- Visit construction, quarry, mining and rock excavation project sites.
- Present and explain MAKNA IRDSM products and solutions to customers.
- Follow up with enquiries, quotations and prospective clients.
- Develop strong relationships with contractors, excavation companies and equipment owners.
- Work toward monthly sales targets.
- Support product demonstrations and coordinate with the MAKNA technical/service team when required.
- Help expand MAKNA's dealer and customer network across Karnataka.

Requirements
- Previous sales experience preferred.




- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of construction machinery, excavators, mining, quarrying or heavy equipment sales will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel and meet customers at project sites.
- Languages: Kannada, Hindi and English.
- Malayalam will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Salary & Benefits ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 per month, depending on experience and capability, plus attractive sales commission and performance incentives.
