Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Identify potential clients, establish rapport, and nurture long-term business relationships.
- Showcase in-depth knowledge of furniture and home theatre & cinema seats to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns and promotions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Monitor customer feedback and recommend improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Proven track record in sales, preferably in the furniture & furnishing or home theatre & cinema industry, or similar industries such as Lifts, Elevators, Paints, Wooden, Interiors, Laminations, Bath Fittings/ Sanitary.

- Closely worked with Architects, Interior Designers, Cinema Key Persons, etc.
- Strong network of contacts and relationships in the relevant sector.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.




- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieve targets.
- Ability to thrive in a quick-paced, competitive environment.
- Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
- Prior experience in field sales & institutional sales.
- Complete understanding of B2B & B2C.
- Proficiency in the local language is a must.

Education:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Skills:

- Sales expertise with a consultative approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- CRM software knowledge is a plus.
- Market research and analysis abilities.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Basic Mathematics (Calculations, Conversion, Percentages).
- 1.5+ years of experience.
