About Us:

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Officer responsible for achieving sales targets and strengthening customer relationships. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining regular communication with customers, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

The Sales

Officer will also monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights that support the company’s sales growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

- Ensure timely order booking, product delivery, and payment follow-up.

- Conduct regular market visits to identify business opportunities and understand customer requirements.





- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and product movement.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability and smooth sales operations.

- Participate in promotional activities and marketing campaigns to improve product visibility and sales.

- Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and market feedback.

- Address customer queries and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Work Location:

- Thiruvananthapuram

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
