The company offers a premium range of mattresses, pillows, and bed linen through its extensive dealer and distributor network, exclusive retail outlets, and online channels.

Role Objective To drive sales, generate dealer orders, and strengthen retail presence across the assigned market through regular field visits, dealer servicing, outlet coverage, and effective execution of Duroflex's sales and brand initiatives.

The Sales Executive / Sales Officer will work closely with the Territory Manager to achieve sales targets and ensure strong market execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Achieve assigned sales and secondary sales targets through regular market visits and effective dealer engagement.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and distributor sales teams.
3. Conduct daily market visits to generate orders, improve outlet coverage, and drive business growth.
4. Ensure product availability, merchandising, display standards, and brand visibility at retail outlets.
5. Promote key product categories, including Spine-X, Back Magic, Perfect Rest, Sleepyhead,



and new product launches.
6. Support the Territory Manager in appointing new dealers and expanding market coverage.
7. Implement company schemes, trade promotions, and sales initiatives across assigned outlets.
8. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends and share relevant updates with the reporting manager.
9. Support collections, outstanding follow-ups, and distributor stock monitoring.
10. Maintain daily visit reports, dealer information, and sales updates in DMS/CRM and other company systems.

Candidate Profile – Who Can Apply?

Experience

3 - 5 years of relevant B2C field sales experience, preferably in consumer durables, furniture, mattresses, home furnishings, or the sleep solutions industry.

Sales Expertise

Hands-on experience in dealer/distributor handling, secondary sales, channel development, retail execution, and collections.

Education

Graduate in any discipline; business-related qualifications preferred.

Core Competencies

Solid negotiation, relationship management, sales planning, market development, analytical thinking, and channel coordination skills.

Mobility

Willingness to undertake regular field visits and manage sales and channel operations across the assigned territory.
