Position OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the sales and marketing activities for our Stainless Steel Tube Manufacturing Plant.

The ideal candidate must have strong prior experience in the stainless steel tube industry, particularly in the sales of Welded and Seamless Stainless Steel Tubes/Pipes. The candidate should have an established understanding of the market, customer requirements, technical specifications, pricing, and commercial aspects of stainless steel tubes.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for Welded and Seamless Stainless Steel Tubes/Pipes.
- Generate new business opportunities and develop long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Identify and develop customers across industrial, engineering, automotive, pharmaceutical, chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, food processing, power, and other relevant sectors.
- Develop and manage a robust network of OEMs, EPC companies, distributors, stockists, fabricators, project companies, and industrial buyers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly,



and annual sales targets.
- Handle domestic as well as export sales, depending on business requirements.
- Understand customer drawings, specifications, grades, sizes, standards, and testing requirements.
- Coordinate with the Production, Quality, Technical, Planning, and Dispatch teams to ensure timely execution of customer orders.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Mandatory Industry ExperienceCandidates must have prior hands-on experience in the Stainless Steel Tube/Pipe industry, preferably with exposure to:
- Welded Stainless Steel Tubes/Pipes
- Seamless Stainless Steel Tubes/Pipes
- Stainless steel grades such as 304/304L, 316/316L, 321, 347, 904L, etc.
- Knowledge of relevant ASTM / ASME / EN / DIN / ISO standards.
- Understanding of tube sizes, thickness, specifications, testing, inspection, and certification requirements.
- Knowledge of applications and end-user industries for stainless steel tubes.
- Existing customer and market relationships will be an added advantage.
