We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Lead to drive the daily execution and coordination of our sales and field marketing activities.

This role involves managing both sales and marketing teams, assigning tasks, tracking performance, coordinating dealers visits, and building relationships with architects and designers.

1. Team Coordination & Execution

- Managed and Drive daily activities of sales and marketing teams
- Assign daily and weekly tasks.
- Track team activity and performance
- Ensure accountability and timely execution of assigned tasks

1. Sales Execution & Dealer Coordination

- Ensure consistent dealer follow ups for orders, payments, and stock movements.
- Support team in improving delaer realtionships
- Ensure steady order flow and business growth.

1. Field Marketing Execution

Guide marketing representatives visiting dealer locations
- Ensure they clearly communicate:

- SENBAGA ecosystem and process

- Experience centre advantages
- How dealers can leverage SENBAGA support
- Monitor visit quality and outcomes4. Architect & Designer Coordination

1. Architect & Designer Coordination





- Connect and build relationships with architects and designers
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and visits
- Support in organizing knowledge sessions and engagement activities

1. Data Tracking & Reporting

Maintain and review
- Sales data
- Dealer activity
- Team performance
- Provide regular updates and insights to management
- • Use data to improve team output

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or coordination roles
- Experience in interiors / building materials / distribution preferred
- Strong communication skills (Tamil & English)
- Good knowledge of Excel and basic reporting
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle teams and ensure follow-ups
