Position: Regional Admission Officer

Department: Admissions & Outreach / Marketing and Business Development

Location: Field/Regional base (with extensive local travel)

Reporting To: General Manager – Admissions & Marketing

Key Responsibilities

Student Recruitment & Conversion:

· Meet and exceed assigned regional admission and revenue targets.

· Counsel walk-in, phone, and virtual prospects about courses, fee structures, and career scopes.

· Manage lead pipelines from first inquiry to fee submission and final enrollment.

Networking & Institutional Partnerships:

· Build partnerships with local high schools, junior colleges, coaching centers, and educational consultants.

· Organise career counseling sessions and motivational seminars in regional schools.

Outreach & Brand Promotion:

· Represent the college at local education fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events.

· Distribute marketing collateral (brochures, flyers)



at high-visibility target zones or competitive exam centers.

Reporting & CRM Management:

· Track daily outreach, call logs, and conversion metrics using the institutional CRM.

· Submit periodic competitor analysis, market trends, and admission forecasts to the head office.

Requirements & Skills

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream (MBA or Marketing specialization preferred).

· Experience: 1 to 4 years of proven field sales, student counseling, or business development experience in the education sector.

· Language & Soft Skills: Fluent in English and the local/regional language. Robust public speaking, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Other Requirements: High willingness for local travel within the assigned state or zone.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
