Key Responsibilities

1. Reach out to potential customers and introduce our products and services.
2. Visit existing and potential clients to understand their requirements.
3. Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
4. Represent the company professionally during client meetings and visits.
5. Understand customer requirements and communicate them clearly to the internal team.
6. Follow up with leads and potential customers.
7. Generate current business opportunities through calls, visits, referrals, and other channels.
8. Explain our ERP, billing, POS, and other business solutions to customers.
9. Assist customers in understanding how our solutions can benefit their business.
10. Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, demos, installations, and other requirements.
11. Coordinate with the technical/support team when customers report issues.
12. Visit customer locations when necessary to understand or coordinate resolution of issues.
13. Collect customer feedback and communicate it to the relevant internal teams.
14. Maintain basic records of leads, customer visits, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Work towards achieving assigned sales and customer engagement targets.
