Role Description The Sales Marketing Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Pimpri Chinchwad. This role involves identifying and approaching potential customers for hygienic valves and FDA hoses, presenting product features, and explaining technical specifications in a transparent and accessible manner.

The Sales Marketing

Engineer will conduct market research, analyze customer requirements, and develop sales and marketing plans to expand the company’s presence in target industries. Daily responsibilities include lead generation, commercial and technical discussion, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and following up on leads to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Market Research abilities to understand industry trends, customer needs,



and competitive positioning.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to explain technical products, prepare presentations, and build lasting relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills to generate leads, negotiate terms, close deals, and achieve revenue goals.

- Relevant engineering background (mechanical, industrial, or related field) and technical aptitude to understand valves, hoses, and hygienic applications.
- Prior experience in industrial products, process equipment, or similar B2B sales is beneficial.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with readiness to travel locally for client visits as required.
- Proficiency in basic office software and reporting tools; ability to document activities and prepare regular sales and market reports.
