About the Company

Pranav Heavy Industries is engaged in the manufacturing and precision machining industry, delivering high-quality engineering solutions to industrial clients. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive with strong B2B sales experience to expand our customer base and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities in the manufacturing and precision machining sector.
- Handle B2B sales activities including lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and order closures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, industrial clients, and procurement teams.
- Conduct field visits for customer acquisition and business development.
- Manage inside sales activities including follow-ups, quotations, email communication, and customer coordination.
- Coordinate with production and technical teams to understand and fulfill customer requirements.
- Prepare sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales within manufacturing, machining, engineering, or industrial sectors.




- Experience in both Field Sales and Inside Sales is mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of machining components, precision engineering, or industrial products will be preferred.
- Ability to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.

Qualification

- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
