Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales plans, managing the sales team, establishing and maintaining customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

The Sales

- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives

- Set sales targets and KPIs for the team
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives
- Monitor and analyze sales performance




- Identify current market opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide regular sales reports to senior management
- Train and mentor sales staff to improve performance
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activity

Experience : 1 yr in sales in any domain
