Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive business development and sales in the construction, civil works, and interior design sectors. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, preparing quotations, and converting opportunities into projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads and develop business opportunities.
- Identify and approach potential clients for construction, civil, and interior projects.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project discussions.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical/design team.
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate with clients and close sales successfully.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and ongoing projects.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends,



competitors, and recent business opportunities.
- Coordinate with project, design, estimation, and execution teams.
- Maintain regular sales reports and update management on business progress.
