We’re hiring | Business Development & Sales Manager – Adsorbents
Altek International is looking for an experienced professional to develop our adsorbents business across air separation, oil and gas, and petrochemical applications.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and develop opportunities with industrial gas producers, oil and gas operators, refineries, and petrochemical companies.
- Build relationships with customers, engineering teams, and plant decision makers.
- Understand process requirements and work with technical and supplier teams to recommend suitable adsorbents and molecular sieves.
- Manage customer enquiries, technical discussions, trials, quotations, and commercial negotiations.
- Track upcoming projects, plant expansions, and adsorbent replacement opportunities.
- Develop account plans and deliver sales and growth targets.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven sales or business development experience with adsorbents or molecular sieves in air separation, oil and gas, or petrochemical applications.
- The ability to discuss products and applications with both technical and commercial teams.
- Solid customer relationship and project management skills.
- Experience in the Middle East market would be beneficial.
