Job Summary

As a Sales Team Leader at Evoke Hair & Skin Clinic, you will play a key role in leading the sales team, driving sales growth, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will be responsible for guiding and supporting your team to achieve individual and team targets, while maintaining a positive and qualified environment that fosters both personal and team growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent ex um 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 Year of leadership experience.Prove n ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.Excel lent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Previ ous experience in retail or sales, preferably in the beauty or wellness industry.Abili ty to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.Basic knowledge of hair and skin care products is desirable.





Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the sales team, ensuring individual and team sales targets de ongoing training, guidance, and support to team members to help them achieve their goals.Monit or and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and motivation to ensure growth.Assis t with client inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.Assis t clients in scheduling appointments and follow-ups, ensuring excellent customer service.Gener ate leads and recommend products and services that meet clients' needs.Maint ain accurate records of sales, leads, and appointments in the CRM system.Uphol d the clinic's professional image and ensure team members represent Evoke in the best possible light.
